Training Schedule
Our classes are built around the principles of traditional kung fu—discipline, patience, and steady progress. We organise our weekly program by martial art and age group, with sessions suited to each student's stage of training.
For the current timetable, available class times, and remaining places, please get in touch. We'll be happy to discuss which session is right for you or your family.
Classes Offered
Each week we run sessions across five core disciplines, each building strength, focus, and respect.
Kung Fu
Traditional forms and techniques, taught to adults and young people at beginner through advanced levels.
Yang-Style Tai Chi
The flowing martial art for calm strength and balance. Suitable for all ages and experience levels.
Lion Dance
A traditional performance art requiring coordination, rhythm, and teamwork. Open to those with prior training.
Dragon Dance
Another expressive traditional form, blending movement and celebration. Training for experienced students.
Youth Martial Arts
Age-appropriate kung fu training for young people, building discipline and confidence in a structured setting.
How Training Is Structured
We believe in small, focused groups and progression matched to each student's readiness.
By Program
Classes are organised by martial art—Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Lion Dance, Dragon Dance, and Youth Martial Arts—so you train in what interests you.
By Level
Within each program, we offer sessions for beginners, improvers, and advanced students. Everyone trains at their own pace.
Adults and Youth
Adult and youth sessions are taught separately, with content and pacing suited to each age group's needs and goals.
Sessions and Frequency
Session length and how often each class runs are confirmed when you enquire, ensuring a schedule that works for you.
